    Lead the project design build and process along with coordination of scopes as they relate to client’s vision.

    Provide turnkey proposal for project construction.

    Provide feedback and recommendations on design feasibility and value engineering based on current design and market pricing.

    Coordinate client/vendor scopes with design.

  • CONSTRUCTION PHASE

    Execute scope utilizing the best industry standard details and methods.

    Coordinate communications between client, client vendors, and designers (Project Team).

    Management and communication of schedule to Project Team.

    Manage and communicate with inspectors and permitting agencies.

    Management and scheduling of client vendors.

    Deliver our clients vision as efficiently as possible.
